Kork brasserie

Kork is a contemporary brasserie where great food, wine, champagne, and a relaxed atmosphere come together. Born from a story that began on Hiiumaa Island, Kork now continues in one of Tallinn Old Town’s most distinctive restaurant settings, featuring the legendary Art Deco interior by Estonian designer Maile Grünberg and a hidden courtyard open during the summer season.

Our menu combines French brasserie classics with ingredients from Hiiumaa. Signature dishes include Hiiumaa-style ide fish cutlets, while the drinks selection features local island specialties such as Hiiu beer, OUK aquavit, and gin.
